Activist Charles Rubia Waithaka now want

Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission

to Investigate the procedure the

Country Director of Public Prosecution ,

Noordin Haji used in promoting ,

transferring and recruiting State

Prosecutors .

The Petitioner accuses the DPP of

transferring Senior and experienced

Prosecutors to the office of the

Attorney General , where they are

assigned ministerial duties after being

seconded to different Government

Departments .

in the documents filed at PSC , the

applicant accused DPP of Corruptly

recruiting novice , inexperienced

Prosecutors to handle sensitive court

cases .

Through his team of Lawyers led by

Danstan Omari , Cliff Ombeta , Shadrack

Wambui and Martina Swiga the activist

accused DPP Haji of performing a

shambolic recruitment exercise full of

corruption, nepotism, tribalism,

clannism, and favoritism since he has

the final decision on who will be

recruited .

Fearing that his Job might be taken by

competent and long serving prosecutors .

The DPP plucked Senior experienced

officers of the court from their

positions where they were making great

progress and replaced them with novices

in prosecuting serious Court matters.

The Petitioner through his Country

Constitutional Lawyer Danstan Omari

filed the petition before the Civil

Servants employer Public Service

Commission seeking for the removal of

Noordin Haji from office .

Without adhering to gender balance

inline to the Country Constitution

Novice has aggressively been elevated

to high positions in total violation of

the law , and breaching the promotion

procedure on career path and


As petitioner Lawyers demanded for the

public Service Commission to expedite

the removal of Haji from office due to

gross misconduct and incompetence.
