The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce
and Industry (KNCCI) President Richard
Ngatia joined business leaders as he
represented the Business Community in
Eastern Africa at the BIG 8 Business
Forum in Paris, France.
Ngatia was joined at the breakfast forum
by representatives of Tanzania and
Rwanda.
The Breakfast Forum was hosted in
partnership with BPI France, French
Chamber of Commerce and Medef
International.
Kenya operates a liberal Economy which
is open to the French Companies
interested in the East Africa Community
Market.
According to the KNCCI president, the
East Africa Community market is ready
to attract FDIs in Agribusinesss,
Digital Economy, Manufacturing and
Logistics.
“The operations environment in the East
Africa Community market is secure for
private investment decisions Ngatia
said.
“We are here to urge French Companies to
partner and establish joint ventures
with Kenyan Companies to expand trade,”
Ngatia added.
Over the last few years, the number of
French Companies in Kenya has risen to
over 100.
Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and
Industry also took the opportunity to
open the registration period for
business leaders to take part in the
19th Musiad Expo Trade Fair set to be
held from 2nd – 5th November 2022, at
the Tuyap Fair Centre and Congress
Center in Istanbul, Türkey.
The 18th Musiad Expo trade fair in the
2020 was attended by H.E. Recep Tayyip
Erdgan, The President of the Republic of
Türkiye. The event hosted over 15,000
business people from 125 countries and
had over 2000 Exhibitors from 25
countries.
MÜSİAD EXPO Fair receives support and
demand from across the world. MÜSİAD
Expo welcomes exhibitors from numerous
industries and hosts networking events,
panel discussions and one-on-one
business meetings.
The conference promote and facilitate
international trade between Kenya and
Turkey. To facilitate Direct Investments
into Africa.
