EMPLOYEE ACCUSED OF ASSAULTING HIS BOSS CHARGED

Daniel Muoki Kimuyu was charged with

offence of assaulting his employer

causing actual bodily harm.

it is alleged that the accused Daniel

who was employed at mwanainchi credit

limited landed on his employer Dennis

with blows after his

boss inquired on the issue auctioning

process and how the accused was

allegedly defrauding clients with a

fake promise of restructuring their

loans and getting them back their

logbooks.

The accused was arrested and arraigned

before Nairobi’s Chief Magistrate

Micheni Wendy Kagendo and charged with

one count of assault causing actual

bodily harm contrary to section 251 of

the penal code.

He pleaded not guilty and was released

on a cash bail of 20,000 Kenya shillings

pending mention within two weeks.
