The recent beef, Court battles between the

upcoming giants Keroche Breweries and Kenya

Breweries Limited is enough testimonial

that business rivalry in the blessed land of

Kenya is real and very costly.

Few days ago Directors of a two month old

Thriving and Progressive upcoming giants

The SAFE GATE CARGO SERVICES LTD

found themselves in unfamiliar territory,

being State Guests for a whole week after

Their former Company Golden Gate Cargo

Services Limited, that unlawfully terminated

Their services after working with them for

Over nine years, accused it’s former employees

And now Directors of SAFE GATE CARGO

SERVICES LIMITED for conspiracy to defraud,

Forgery and uttering false documents.

Whereby the former employees Bare

Mohammed Abdirahman the second accused

And Abdirahman Mohammed Hassan first

accused were arrested by the Country

Hawkeyed Directorate of Criminal

Investigations Officers on allegations of

Committing a criminal offence.

The two Directors of SAFE GATE CARGO

SERVICES LTD were arraigned before Nairobi’s

Chief Magistrate Martha Mutuku and charged

with three counts of conspiracy, forgery and

uttering false documents later after the State

Prosecution through Gikunda who

Aggressively opposed the two being released

on bond by filing affidavit was dismissed by

the duty court on grounds that, bond is a

Constitutional right to the accused through

Article 49 of the Country 2010 new

Constitution leading to their freedom

Pending trial.

Enforcement units after it was alleged by

the former employees that they were persuaded

to surrender their personal cell phones

A gesture which they vehemently refused

Leading to alleged blackmail by their former

Bosses..
