TWO HABITUAL SUSPECTS NOW CHARGED WITH THREATS TO KILL

The accused Patrobas Awino his co

accused were charged with several

counts of forgery , uttering false

documents, making documents and forging

a title deed at Milimani law court were

again charged with threatening to kill

at Makadara law court.

Patrobas Awino together with his co

accused Charles Odhiambo were accused

of unlawfully without excuse uttered

words “Tutakuua kama huwezi wachana na

hii shamba”.

The first accused who is the organizing

Secretary of a Self-help with his co

accused were arraigned before a

Makadara court and charged with

threatening to kill a City resident

over a land dispute.

The disputed land is Nairobi block

82/7333 and is located at Donholm

Nairobi County where it has been

severally been confirmed by the land

registrar that it belongs to GidJoy

investment Limited.

The accused Patrobas Awino and Charles

Odhiambo pleaded not guilty to

threatening to kill Peter Magoma on

September 13th in Nairobi’s Donholm 

Estate.

The State Prosecution told the duty

court that the accused uttered the words

unlawfully, threatening to kill Magoma

the complainant.

Makadara Senior Principal Magistrate

Agnes Wahito released the accused on a

cash bail of Ksh. 30,000 each pending

pretrial in late November year 2023.
