Through Bryant and associates the plaintiff has
filed his application to several independent
institutions seeking assistant to get back his
alleged stolen properties.
The applicant alleged that one of their former
sales agents in East African Region, Kenya, who
is the defendant illegally founded a parallel
company and allegedly stole their pianos.
The application was received and stamped on
16th July 2020 by EACC, it was also received by
the Director Criminal Investigations at the
registry desk and stamped on 15th July this
year and on 16th July the Director of Public
Prosecution confirmed receiving the letter
which they stamped.
Where the applicant is seeking conversion of
approximately 130 pianos properties of Bol
pianos, the applicant.
buyers of piano should know that every piano is
registered by a serial number as unique, serial
number which is marked on the iron frame of
every piano.
The law enforcement units should check the
proof of payments towards the owners, since it
is alleged that the defendant took possession
of the pianos at the centre of the storm by
allegedly stealing with no payment .
The said pianos alleged to be stolen goods and
the legal owner is informing buyers to be aware
that the pianos has serial numbers and
belongs to Bol Pianos .
No other third parties can legitimately or legally
claim to represent Bol Pianos, except Mr.
Ronald Gerdinus BOL who is the sole
representative and owner of the pianos in his
own name as sole genuine owner of the goods
as his own name indicates.
Bol Piano’s and Grand pianos has everything
Clients needs when looking for a piano
or grand piano. From accessories such as piano
benches and silent systems to special and
exclusive design grand pianos
The Director of Public Prosecution and Director
Criminal Investigations are being urged to
ensure that the pianos stolen are returned to
BPV within seven days, failure to adhere to the
directions, a legal notice will be filed against the
parties for breach.
BPV is a private liability company registered in
the Netherlands and has been in operation for
the last 23 years.
BPV main activities is purely to sell music
instruments, where a firm was appointed by
BPV to recover assets send to Kenya under
contract of the Company with the mandate to
sell music Instruments.
BPV conducts business in more than twenty
States Globally, its business of selling only
musical instruments is conducted in the basis
of its general conditions.
The company entered into Kenyan market
through a Kenyan Registered Company known
as Bol holdings African company Limited,
eleven years ago and retained majority share
holdings in Bol Holdings Africa, where BPV
delivered its pianos under usual terms and
conditions
In contravention of the deal another company
was formed and fraudulently used to steal the
market share from Bol Holdings.
It is a shame that the law and order in Kenya
has been turned into an instrument to deprive
foreign investors of its properties, closing more
avenues for the Job creations to the Country
Jobless Graduates .
The demand letter which was drafted on 14th
July this year was copied to the Office of
Director of Public Prosecution, Director of
Criminal Investigations and EACC for further
action.
