MOHAN GALOT WANT PRAVIN GALOT, RAJESH GALOT AND ERNEST KAMAU KAKA SENT TO PRISON

In a civil case filed at Milimani Commercial Disvision Nairobi County Kenya and received on 21st June 2019.

The plaintiffs accuses the defendants Pravin Galot, Rajesh Galot and there Representative Ernest Kaka Kamau of disrespectful and ridiculing the honorable court in public.

Through Mak’ogonya Tiego an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, under certificate of urgency.

The plaintiffs filed a civil case number 430 of 2012, where stay order was issued in the same case number above by a High Court Judge.

In total disregard of the High Court Order, the defendants with full knowledge of the contempt, has continuously put the Court process into public ridicule.

Whereby Pravin Galot, Rajesh Galot were restrain through a court order from holding themselves out in public as shareholders and Directors of the plaintiffs.

And in view of the unprofessional conduct, attitude of the defendants, the plaintiffs in their application under notice of motion wants the defendants be committed to civil jail for a period of not less than a two years.

Pravin Galot, Rajesh Galot has continued to occupy the office within Manchester Outfitters Building belonging to Mohan Galot.

The defendants through assistant of their representative Ernest Kaka Kamau, committed gross violation by wasting the plaintiffs business, plundering it’s funds, diverting money from it’s Bank’s accounts.

And engaging in massive expenditure to fund the luxurious lifestyle including, the purchase of top range motor vehicles for themselves and their family members.

Filing fectitious accounts, balance sheets and returns to Kenya Revenue Authority without the board of Directors approval.

The actions of Pravin Galot, Rajesh Galot and Ernest Kamau Kaka is contemptuous, and the Court must take stun action by sending them to jail.

The five applicants are Galot limited, Manchester Outfitters Limited, Galot Industries Limited, King Woollen Mills Limited and Galot International Limited against the three defendants Pravin Galot, Rajesh Galot and Ernest Kamau Kaka.
