MUSALIA MUDAVADI IN OFFICE ILLEGALLY

Operation Linda Jamii President Prof

Fredrick Ogola filed a petition before

High Court challenging the appointment

of Hon. Musalia Mudavadi.

He questioned the President’s cabinet

appointments of Harriette Chiggai as the

CS President’s Women rights advisor and

Monica Juma CS President’s National

Security advisor.

The petitioner seeks court conservatory

orders stopping Musalia Mudavadi, Monica

Juma and Harriette Chiggai from

performing their duties until the

matter filed before it is heard and

determined

Prof Ogola stressed that the President

unconstitutionally misdirected himself

by appointing and creating an office of

the prime Cabinet Secretary.

In court documents, he questioned the

wisdom of failing to implement gender

balance and neglecting persons with

disability as enshrined in the

Constitution.
