NO JOB FOR KENYAN CABINET SECRETARY FOR FINANCE AND OTHER GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS CHARGED AND FREED ON 50M BOND

Article 75 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kenya.

Conduct of State officers.

A Kenyan State Officer shall behave in public, private, official life or in association with other persons, in a manner that avoids.

Any conflicts between personal interests and public official duties.

May be dismissed in accordance with the disciplinary procedures or removed from office.

And lastly a state officer should avoid compromising any public or official interests in favour of a personal interest.

In line with the Constitution of Kenya the accused, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and other Government officials accused charged before Anti Corruption Court at Milimani Law Courts Nairobi County Kenya.

Will be earning half salaries and to stay away from their Jobs, in short suspended until the criminal allegations before Law Courts is heard and determined.

Anti Corruption Chief Magistrate Douglas Ogoti freed the Kenyan Cabinet Secretary for Finance Henry Rotich together with other accused on a bond of 50 million surety of the same or a cash bail of 15 million Kenya shillings.

The Top Ranks Kenyan Government Officials were charged with several counts and pleaded not guilty pending trial.
