Following the actions of registrar, pastor Ezekiel has appealed and by law his Church is still in operation. PHOTO/ CORRESPONDENT

Pastor Ezekel has appealed against the
registrar of societies actions of
deregistering his New Life Prayer
Center and Church.
The law states once an appeal has been
lodged the previous action is no longer
in operation.
They seek refuge under section 12 of
societies act where the registrar is
supposed to give notice of impending
actions and no such notice was given.
The petitioner accuses registrar of
breaching the laid down procedure in
deregistering his church .
Through his lawyers Shanice Maingi,
Martina Swiga, Shadrack Wambui and
Danstan Omari they have vowed to defend
pastor Ezekiel as their client and
they are sure justice will be served by
the court.
