SHAME AS KENYAN ADVOCATE STEAL CLIENT MONEY

Time for the unprofessional culture of stealing clients money,

refusing to attend Court sessions and poor legal representation

among the so called learned friends in Kenya, the lawyers

Must come to an end to bring back trust and sanity

within the Legal Profession.

 

A highly ranked and respected Profession Globally, but a few

rotten eggs must always masquerade to Perfect there fraudulent

activities.
A middle aged Advocate of the High Court of

Kenya, Charles Muoki Musyoka was arraigned

before Milimani Chief Magistrate Francis

Andayi at Nairobi County Kenya on Tuesday

27th April year 2021 at 9.30am East Africa Time

on allegations, that he unlawfully and

intentionally stole huge sums of money belonging

to his client, a compensation lump sum from

the Government of Kenya towards the Victim

Musyoka’s client worth over seven million

Kenya shillings.
The accused pleaded not guilty to three counts

of stealing by agent contrary to section 283 (b),

forgeries contrary to section 350 (1) and

uttering a document without authority contrary

to section 353 of the penal code.

 

Nairobi’s Milimani Chief Magistrate released

the accused on a hefty bond conditions

pending the trial of the criminal matter with

a mention date in fortnight’s.

 

The State Prosecutor informed the court that

the accused Charles Muoki Musyoka in early

January the year 2018, within Nairobi County

while serving as the Advocate of the High Court

of Kenya,, representing the victim Moses

Munywoki Mwendwa, the accused stole 7.9M

belonging to the victim being a compensation

award that was remitted by the Office of the

Country Attorney General, the huge sum of

money to the Officer of the Court which he was to deliver

to his client.

 

In separate charges the accused also pleaded

not guilty to forgeries and making a document

without authority.
