KENYAN DCI URGED TO ARREST ODM PRESIDENTIAL HOPEFUL

Kenyan Directorate of Criminal

Investigations has been urged to arrest

billionaire and Orange Democratic

Movement presidential contestant . Jimi

Richard Wanjigi, for being in possession

of lethal firearms exclusively used by

special forces or military Globally.

The applicant through his team of

lawyers, led by Constitutional Lawyer

Danstan Omari, Shadrack Wambui of Sheria

Mtaani and Paul Macharia want Jimi

Richard Wanjigi to be arrested as soon

as possible and charged with being in

possession of military hardwares .

The Controversial businessesman and

former Police reservist who was sacked

after several reports were filed by

Kenyans , claiming that the alleged

rogue police reservist frequently

threatened them , leading to his removal

from the police , owns sofisticated

lethal firearms only used by USA

Commandos , Britain Royal Special forces

, Kenya Defence Force special forces

and Kenyan quick response team the

dreaded General Service Unit (GSU)

Commandos .

The applicant a well known activist in

the Country, in court documents also

stated that apart from the lethal

firearms and over seven hundred

ammunition that were confisicated by the

Country Directorate of Criminal

Investigations , Jimi Richard Wanjigi

still posses more lethal guns , and for

the interest of the security of the

Country the DCI boss George Maingi

Kinoti who was elevated to the position

of interpol boss within African

Continent to move with speed and arrest

the Politician .

The Activist Memba Ocharo in his

application seeks the Court to issue

order directing DCI to arrest the ODM

prrsidential aspirant , he further

states that going by the political

temperatures being experienced and

witnessed in the Country provoking

ethnic tensions , allowing Jimi to

posses such lethal firearms is sucidal

since every election in Kenya chaos

must always erupt .
