SECRET LOVER OF THE LATE MATUNGU MP JUSTUS MURUNGA SEEKS TO STOP BURIAL

By Chris Ojow

It is only in the East and Central Africa Super

Power State, Kenya, where prominent

personalities never rest in peace during their

shock demise.

A bad, ugly and unprofessional trend has

become a traditional culture where young ladies

going by the street name of “Chips funga, slay

Queens, mpango wa kando, take away, side

chicks or just call them the wannabe pension

inheritance” has perfected the art of creating

embarrassments during the death of any high

ranking Kenyan personality by allegedly

emerging from their secret hideouts and

claiming that they have been having an affair

with the late and the Children in their care

belongs to the deceased, creating confusion

and demanding unrealistic wealth shares.

One may wonder why these young Kenyans

ladies with unprofessional habits that’s only fits

the descriptions of characters shunned within

our societies can’t be very brave and solve their

issues while the deceased are still breathing if

indeed they were cohabiting.

As the first term Matungu Legislator Hon

Justus Murunga experienced difficulties in

breathing and collapsed at his home while the

evening supper was about to be served only to

give up to the battle while being rushed at the

nearby dilapidated health Centre within Mumias

Constituency.

A lesson to all the elected legislators for the

need to rehabilitate the health facilities within

their jurisdiction using the tax payers money in

the name of Constituency Development Funds

(CDF) instead of engaging in unnecessary

political rhetorics at the expense of the voters

who gave them that mandate through the

ballot.

The applicant a middle aged Kenyan Capital

City based residential lady Agnes Wangui

Wambiri filed the application on Wednesday

18th November year 2020 before Court through

her Officer of the Court, a Constitutional lawyer

Danstan Omari seeking the Court to issue

orders stopping the widows of the late Matungu

member of Parliament from removing the body

from the mortuary Lee Funeral home, until the

DNA of her alleged two Children are

ascertained that the late MP is their father to

confirm her allegations.

The applicant Agnes Wangui in several of her

prayers in the application filed before court

seeks the Court to issue an order allowing her

and her two children name withheld participate

in the funeral arrangements of their alleged

Biological father and their maintenance

including education.

The late Law Maker Hon Justus Murunga is a

first time Member of Parliament of the hived

Matungu Constituency from the larger Mumias
